Anton Kovalyov (born 4 March 1992 in Kharkiv)〔(GM title application ) FIDE〕 is a Ukrainian-born Argentine and Canadian chess grandmaster. ==Biography== Born in Kharkiv, Ukraine, Kovalyov moved to Argentina in 2000, where he learned how to play chess and under the guidance of Pablo Ricardi and Oscar Panno he soon became one of the best players of the country.
